How to report bugs or get support:
When requesting support, reporting bugs, or discussing problems please provide as much info as possible. Always include:
Your web browser name and version
Your ISP's name
A quote of the exact error messages you received and/or a complete description of the problem. Please include the steps you took immediately before getting the error.
Connection problems? Are you running any security software or firewalls?
A link to the script on your web site.
As much additional information possible.
