A do nothing piece of legislation that amends other acts and seeks to do things like regulate emissions from snowmobiles, ATVs, and outboard motors.

If you are looking for any sort of comprehensive plan or policy to deal with the human aspects of global warming, climate change, or the environment, you’ll walk away both frustrated and scratching your head, it’s not there, and looking for it will only cause eye strain.



The Liberals dropped the ball on Kyoto and the CPoC has apparently decided that instead of tackling a problem they inherited head on that regulating snowmobiles and the people who use them is the answer….. it’s hard to say which is more pathetic.
