This is an excellent post, outlining every duty a user has, after been given the privilege of voice.

All users in #chris should read this, voiced or not. It'll give them a good understanding and knowledge on why becoming voiced is not a status statement, but a great deal of responsibility.

It seems that we are getting more users who are coming into the channel just to say its stupid. The rules do need to be enforced more, problems continue for way too long. The chat gets out of hand sometimes when there are no ops to remove people. I hope that voiced users behave better so non-voiced have a good example to follow.

I completely agree, some of our voiced users feel above the other voiced users that have been voiced for quite a long time.
