um, okay, this happened on a different IRC server, and well, the guy "JonSyn" kinda hates me because i kick him, and everyone else for swearing (no there is no +G mode on this server) just look at this log, and idk what to do about it:

well, see the problem is that that isn't actually a proxy, and idk if he actually did what he said. If he didn't, then if I ban him, he actually WILL do that.

Talk to the staff on the network where it happened.

He can't find out where you live exactly from your IP, he would need records from your ISP. Which he doens't have access too.
