I need help setting up a bot like Chris Pirillo's bot Wicket. I need a bot that when I change the topic in my IRC Room that it changes text in a PHP file on a web server.

The two ways I know are the easiest to get your question answered is either looking at the mIRC scripting section which you can create a mIRC bot there from scripts, or by going into #bots and requesting help. Other than that, this forum is also a great resource to get your questions answered .
