some questions:

1)When I get an chat-code, I past it in my site and there it is...right..just laying there, but how can I moderate it? I mean how can I have control of the chat? it's just a code. Like if I want to kick someone who does not follow the rules of the chat, how do I do that? And add moderators and more...how?? How can I have the control of the chat?? and not just have a code!!

2)Yesterday I saw that someone had a Topic in there chat!! How can I add a topic to my chat?? How do I do that??

You need to register the channel,

Then you will want to assign a BotServ Bot,

how to assign,

list of botserv bots,

then add channel mods,
known as
SOP - Super Channel Op. or Admin
AOP - Channel Operator
HOP - Half Op.
VOP - Voiced User (can talk when channel is +m - /mode #channel +m)

set by typing,
/msg channserv {vop,hop,aop,sop} #channel add USERNICK

For Example to add a user name CoolUser1 to The Voice List,
/msg channserv vop #channel add CoolUser1

There are easier was to do such by enabling Fantasy commands,
