Does part 7b of the TOS allow admins to ban anyone if they post a link that is not liked for any reason? The way that part is worded to me sounds like you can't send any link without prior approval.

Basically what it's saying is that if we deem a link inappropriate we can remove the user from the network.

We won't just ban/kill a user from the network for posting a link. The link either has be inappropriate, malicious, contain hate speech, promote illegal activities, promoting a spam filtered domain, etc.

Bottom line is we don't just ban/kill for the hell of it. You are permitted to post any link you want provided it doesn't fall into a category listed above. Additionally, use some common sense before posting a link you think may be questionable because chances are if you are questioning posting it, well, it probably isn't appropriate.

Lastly, keep in mind different channels have different rules regarding the posting of links and they are entitled to enforce them as they wish.
