I'm replying specifically to Snakeyes here, but this is applicable to almost anyone.
Once is a mistake.
Twice is a coincidence of mistakes.
Three times is a pattern.
The smooth functioning of the channel and the chat must come before everything else, especially during recording as that is our showcase to the world. Unfortunately, that means the ops *have* to be strict, to make sure those that are given privilege don't abuse it, be it intentional or accidental.
