I was curious how on mIRC you make the script for the following:
when someone says censored, it does a /notice $nick Please watch your language, we want everyone to feel welcome here. I want it to be not just when they enter a line and say censored but also like
<censored> this
or anything containing that. Thanks and please help!

A simple one can he made with a trigger script

on 1:text:*<censored>*:#channel: {
if (($calc(($ctime - %lastupdatetime)) >= 15) || (!%lastupdatetime)) {
set %lastupdatetime $ctime
/notice $nick Please watch your language, we want everyone to feel welcome here
}
}

if you wanted to you could add it exempts for Ops or hops, but thats the basic script

But, it doesn't work if you say it in a sentence. how do you do that?

I just tested it with blah blah blah blah swear word blah blah blah and it caught it. the script uses spam protection to prevent people from triggering it alot. 15 in that example so you'll want to lower 15 to something like 1 or 2. or simply delete lines 2 and 3

Also, how do you make it for when they repeat themselves three times? and then kick?

you would just need to add a var and add some thing on the script on when it %censorNAME 3 then if would kick
