When a user enters !support, woz must log it into a list, then tell the person "Please wait. A Genius will be right with you". When an op enters !next, the next person in line's (macn00b) nick shows up and says "macn00b is next in line for support. Please PM them to begin their session" If a user wants to see the list of people in line wating for support, they enter !list and Woz's list is given to them.
