Hmm, just a suggestion about adding a command. !kb. It can set the ban type and then kick the following user. Just a suggestion  .

That command already exists =) KB: !kb {nick|mask} reason
This will kick and ban the specified user or all users matching the given mask from the channel. If a mask is given and someone who should not be kicked according to the channels' settings matches it, the command is aborted before anyone is kicked or banned. (Kick and ban multiple users by inserting a space between their nicks.)

I recommend these commands to replace hostserv:
!vhost on
!vhost off
!vhost group
These commands replace all of the commands available with Hostserv and sets the vhost on a nickname or group

it would be pretty cool if there was a list of kick messages. For example:
Reason 1: spamming is not tolerated here
Reason 2: please change your nick
Reason 3: your attitude is not conducive to the desired environment.
(there are more reasons but I'm just setting this as an example)
-Then when you go kick the user, it would look like this:
!kick usera 1
iPhone kicked Usera from the channel.(spamming is not tolerated here)
also a timed ban command.
For Example: !ban user 3h. That states that the ban will ban a user for 3 hours. s would stand for seconds, m for minutes, h for hours, d for days, and p for perm. Then the kick message would say: (reason) Banned! This ban will be removed in (time frame goes here)

[15:00:01] -Socrates- This will kick and temporary ban the specified user or all users matching
[15:00:01] -Socrates- the given mask from the channel for the specified amount of time.
[15:00:01] -Socrates- If a mask is given and someone who should not be banned acording to the
[15:00:01] -Socrates- channels' settings matches it, the command is aborted before anyone is kicked.
[15:00:01] -Socrates- Also be aware that this command may not work with IPs for privacy reasons.If the time is not given or is invalid, it will default to 1 hour.
[15:00:01] -Socrates- The time should be given in the format <digit><(s)/m/h/d>.
[15:00:01] -Socrates- Example: !tkb Viper 10m Bye which will kickban me for 10 minutes.
[15:00:01] -Socrates-
[15:00:01] -Socrates- Note: if services are restarted before the ban expires, the ban will
[15:00:01] -Socrates- not be automatically removed.
