Ever since I stated watching Chris on his live stream in January I have been interacting with other memebers in the #chris chatroom. Someday I thought I would get voiced. But I haven't yet so if you have any tips on how to get voiced or why I am not voiced, please tell me.

Voice is not gained by the amount of time you've spent in #Chris, but by how much you contribute to the community. Be polite, help people, address users correctly and importantly, don't ask for voice.

Yes, and sometimes it takes longer. Please note if you have had administrative action such as bans you will most likely have to wait at least 6 months.

FYI: there are no set rules about how being banned or kicked affect when someone achieves voiced status. In other words, there is no 6 month rule, nor any other time-based rule.
