? #1: I can get a list of available bots, but how do I find out what each bot does etc.?

? #2: How can I setup rules for my Channel and have them displayed by typing a command etc. ? ( Is this done by a Bot )

I'm new to the whole IRC thing so please bare w/ me while I try to figure this stuff out.

All the botserv bots have the same functions/abilities. Just choose a nick that you like. WyldRyde BotServ Bots



You'll either need to setup your own bot to do this or script it in your IRC client. This is easiest to do in mIRC and I'll post a sample trigger script in the mIRC Scripting forum later today.
