I am looking for an IRC Bot to do this: When the topic get's announced in the chatroom like Topic changed to "Topic: Graphic Cards / Rob is awake and busy / Live Video @ http://rtv.gotdns.com" by rtvbot108. it would take "Graphic Cards" and go write it onto a website to an xml file on a web server. I have the file formatted and the file on a web server. I just need a bot that can go and write it. If it can be used in mirc great! But if not what do I need? Many people say python but, i am bad a scripting. If anyone has the code that would be great! I have been searching for a way to do this for more then a year now. You would be a life saver! Thanks

p.s. The file is in rss format. WHat I would do is use it to update the topic. So, when topic get's updated in chat, it goes and get's updated on the site and presto. The url is put into camtwist. URL: http://cybergeek2021.com/rtv/topic.xml
