Can i Point out Once again that i was Kicked nearly 45mins to an hour after i posted the links and the h/ops present at the Time seemed to see no need to kick me =/

The kick happened 13 minutes after, not 45, according to the channel logs. While we agree that was a bit 'late', you (and the others) have been active long enough to know that things like that are a 'nono'... that we hate it, and discourage it at all times. If voiced users start constantly posting things like that, we'll lose all control, and EVERYONE will. Voiced users have to be kept to a higher standard

If you continue to follow rules and drop this matter, your voice will be restored in a couple of days.

Thank you for pointing this rule out. Now I know not to post "Rick Rolls" (Even though I have not 100% found out what that is yet :S). Thank you Kat for the explanation. I personally think this post will help everyone, the voiced and non-voiced users.
