You can emulate any Windows OS for free on a Mac with Microsoft Virtual PC for Mac but you have to have the Windows CD... I run Windows XP on my Mac with VMware Fusion which is a much better program than Virtual PC, it just has more features, but I also have another PC which I have running Windows and mIRC and NoNameScript (An addon for mIRC) and it works just fine with only 192 mb of ram. BUT i still use VMware.
