slt what client do you use for IRC? if you use Xchat there is one already developed (http://tinyurl.com/25xbfd) or you could always use something like bitlbee (http://tinyurl.com/2jcaer) if neither of those work it wouldn't be too hard for someone who knows what they are doing to code one seeing as how twitter's API is open

I use Colloquy for OS X Leopard.

hmmm...google turned up this http://tinyurl.com/294zy6. I have never used a mac, so I wouldn't know anything about it but I'm sure there is a mac user out there who could help
