Hey everybody, right now I am using colloquy on OSX as my main IRC client. But for my IRC bot, that runs triggers in my room I use mIRC. Now I am running a show like Chris's and have worked out a way for me to change the topic in camtwist via the rss ticker by using a specially formated txt file. Now here' my question, is thier any way to get mIRC or colloquy to write a local file when the hops or ops change the topic in the chatroom?

that writes the file, but you have to have a way to force upload it for the RSS to be generated, and then parsed in camtwist.

I guess I can use that with my website to make the topic and status visible outside of chat and streams by using the file with my ASPX server. Sick dude! lol.
