Forgive me if this is not posted in the appropiate forum.

Some of our group members will not use IRC. I have given
a link to the channel using the Web Chat. However,
they report all they see is a flashing screen and no
place to enter a nickname to login to chat.

As far as I can tell, these people are using Internet
Explorer but I haven't asked for a report on the version
being used.

Although I normally use HydraIRC, I can use IE7 to access
the web chat with no problems (as can others).

Do you have any suggestions as to what settings should be
changed in their browser to allow the use of the web chat?

The first thing I would think of would to make sure flash is up to date.
