This script will output a certain text into a channel that you specify when someone says a word that you want to monitor. I have it for when someone says my nick.



For me, I have 'TEXTYOUWANTTOMONITOR' as Justin. and I have #CHANNELNAMEHERE replaced with my channel. When someone says Justin is the coolest person ever, besides Phil, I get an echo (so others cannot see it), in my channel. It echos like this:

-* Sat Mar 08 15:09:36 2008 *- EMH has said your name in #Justin saying "Justin is the coolest person ever, besides Phil."

Hey, Justin, I got an error :

* /splay: no such file 'C:\program files\mirc\Justin.wav' (line 3, script10.ini)

did you change the path to a wav file on your system? that path points to one on Justin's.

You can remove the splay line if you want to. I just have it set to play that .wav whenever someone triggers the word. If you have a sound file you want to play -- just change the file path.

uggh, that is a sound that is on Justin's computer, so you can change that.
