dont like to use /cs command if im only op in the channel so i made this but i have a problem, its pretty self explanitory.

That seems cool. you can also have chanserv akick someone.

/msg chanserv akick #channelname <nickname>

i no lol. i dont wanna do that i want to use the script.

It seems cool yes but I still don't see the point in redoing the wheel. Chanserv will control this and not take up space in my scripts editor :P.
