How to report bugs or get support:When requesting support, reporting bugs, or discussing problems please provide as much info as possible. Always include:- Your web browser name and version
- Your ISP's name
- A quote of the exact error messages you received and/or a complete description of the problem. Please include the steps you took immediately before getting the error.
- Connection problems? Are you running any security software or firewalls?
- A link to the script on your web site.
- As much additional information possible.
