Third World War has begun!!
Got you! A new war hasn't begun but the latest spam assault by the Storm Botnet might make you think one has, reports Sophos.
Right after launching a Forth of July themed spam attack, the Storm Botnet is now sending emails implying or stating that the US and Iran are now at war.
The emails contain links to malicious websites that attempt to infect visitors with the Storm Trojan horse virus.
