Channel Limit Raised To 60

We have raised the Channel Limit from 40 to 60. If you were at the maximum channel limit before, you may now join another 20 channels.

The Channel Limit sets the maximum number of channels a user may be in at one time. There has to be a limit to ensure the stable performance of the network.
