ViRC 2.0 Zero Day Exploit

Source code for a zero day remote SEH Overwrite PoC exploit has been made publicly available for Visual IRC 2.0. According to multiple reports, attackers are making use of the exploit.

WyldRyde urges its users to discontinue use of ViRC and try another IRC client until a patch is made available by the Visual IRC team and your client has been updated.

Update - 10.07.07 12:40AM : A patch has been released
