Hackers Already Cracked Apple's iPhone

A member of the Hackint0sh forums discovered the location of Apple's iPhone restore package and downloaded a copy of it.

He reports that the package was a zip archive containing two disk images; a user dmg and a system software dmg. The system software image was password protected but according to reports it has been cracked.

Additional posts on their forums claim that the root password was also cracked.
