Promotions/Changes to the WyldRyde Staff Hierarchy

WyldRyde has grown a lot over the last few months and we're continuing to grow so much so that we've outgrown our current staff hierarchy. It has become necessary that we shift around responsibilities and positions in order to manage the network better.

I'm happy to announce the following changes and promotions: (promotions are underlined.)

* Positions are listed in order of most powerful to least and staff members at each level are listed alphabetically. (Everyone in each position level is equal.)
