New cross platform downloadable java client

DMDirc version 0.4 has just been released. DMDirc is a cross platform IRC client for desktops. It is JAVA based and therefore requires JAVA.

DMDirc's web site states that it was created to "address the lack of a good IRC client for Linux." It'll also run on any operating system that supports JAVA.
