Man Pleads Guilty To Online Solicitation

Kevin Lee Boyer, 29, has pleaded guilty to online solicitation of a person he believed was a 13 or 14-year-old girl.

Back in September he was actually chatting with a law enforcement officer that was posing as a minor.

Boyer was arrested in October after he arranged to meet the young girl he believed he was talking to. Court documents stated the police recovered three pornographic DVDs in Boyer's car and even a letter of apology that he addressed to the mother of the girl that he assumed he would be meeting.
