Undercover IRC Sting Nabs Portland Couple


A couple from Portland is reportedly facing federal charges after trying to trade drugs for an opportunity to sexually abuse a five year old child.

Christopher Dudley, 26, and Rhea Hamm, 22, allegedly traveled to Woodland, Wash., with the intent to abuse and photograph the abuse of a child after Dudley allegedly chatted with an undercover officer in an Internet Relay Chat.
