What alternative Ports may I connect with?

In addition to the standard port 6667, you may also connect to the WyldRyde IRC Network using any of the following ports:

  • 1755
  • 6660
  • 6661
  • 6662
  • 6663
  • 6664
  • 6665
  • 6666
  • 6667
  • 6668
  • 6669
  • 7029
  • and SSL on 6697

These alternative ports are provided in case you're using an ISP or network that is blocking port 6667 or if you should want to connect via a secure SSL connection.

To connect using these ports use the command /server irc.wyldryde.org:6667 . Replace 6667 with the desired port.
