Donate: Who decides how the money WyldRyde raises is spent?

All funds donated are used to provide, sustain, and improve the WyldRyde IRC Network.

The WyldRyde Corporation Board of Directors oversee the Officers and they approve all expenditures of funds for the corporation.

All expenditures are made in accordance with federal income tax regulations under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code and as appropriate for corporations accepting corporate donations which are deductible under Section 170(c)(2) of the US Internal Revenue Code.
