Web Chat: Why won't it work with FireFox on my Mac?


There is a bug in Mac OS X 10.3.6 and the older FireFox Java plugin 1.3.1.

To correct this issue, update to last Mac OS X, and update java to 1.4.2 Update 2
Then you will need the firefox plugin: http://javaplugin.sourceforge.net/

To see plugins that you have installed, type into the browser address bar, the url about:plugins
