My friend / a bot is the only one with op in our channel and he's away, can you op me?

No, we cannot help you if there is an op in the channel. If it's your friend idling you just have to wait for him to get back, or if it's a bot that you can't control ask the owner of that bot (try "/whois botnick") if he can help you.

If there is a problem in your channel you can ask one of us in #help for help and we might join your channel but we will not op you.
